CIAO BELLA ROMA!
During my senior year of college, I had an amazing opportunity to study photography in Rome for two and a half weeks. One of the main assignments presented was to really see Rome through the lens of the camera.
My interpretation of this challenge was to capture Rome in side streets and local spots rather than the many typical tourist areas. I focused on different points of view and my hesitation in photographing people. I wanted to capture the subject without them posing for the camera.
This past October, I had another amazing opportunity to have some of my photos on display throughout the holidays at P. Rose Gallery in downtown Fredericksburg.
