Ladysmith Village is a traditional neighborhood development located in Caroline County, Virginia on the 1-95 corridor, which, upon build out, will consist of 3170 single family residences, townhouses and apartments. Ladysmith Village is among the first TND's in the United States to be successful in a rural setting. Ladysmith Village is approximately 10% completed and is already served by amenities such as a county library, new elementary school and park. National developer, Newland Communities has taken over development of Ladysmith Village.
Pelham’s Crossing, Spotsylvania, Virginia
Pelham's Crossing is a 257 lot subdivision located in eastern Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Pelham's Crossing provides a neighborhood setting and features an 11.9 acre conservation easement which preserves the civil war era gun emplacements that were used by the troops of Colonel John Pelham during the first battle of Fredericksburg in 1862.
